Drychem Master Mix for Colored Wall Putty is a white powder consisting of Polymers, Cellulose ethers, retarders & fillers either individually or in combination. It gives quality & safety to the construction products. Master Mix for coloured putty comes with the added advantage of shades like Pink, Yellow, Green, and Off-White, especially developed to provide a smooth finish on the plastered surface.

The main moto for the master mix is to deliver Micro ingredient in a manner desired by customer. These blends of Micro-ingredients need to be carefully selected, analyzed and homogenously manufactured in controlled conditions.

Standard Master Mix is developed by certain formulations on Putty, Tile Adhesive & Ready Mix Plaster that meet the needs of the customer.

Technical Analysis:

Appearance: Creamy Free Flowing Powder.
Composition: RDP, Cellulose, Retarder.
Residue on 150 mesh: 90 - 100%

Mixing:

Take 30-45 ml water for 100 gm powder.
It is recommend using one bag of 10 Kg Master mix for 1 MT batch size finished good.
Mixer has to clean or properly flush to ensure absence of foreign particles & impurities.
Addition of Master Mix bags should be in layer form, i.e. Filler+ Master mix + White Cement & again follow the same addition in sequence.
Sequential addition of all raw materials will ensure homogeneous mixing of all chemicals.

Packaging & Storage:

Master Mix for Colored Wall Putty is available in 10 Kg bag and has shelf life is 6 Months.
Store Master Mix bags in sufficient ventilated area & allowing free movement of air.
Keep Master mix bags away from water.
Avoid using partially used material; open bags with partially used material should be kept in a bag with its mouth closed.
