Drychem Walbond is ready to use adhesive blended with fine aggregates to provide good strength, bonding to gypsum-based plaster, POP as well as cement-based plaster. It is a green coloured viscous liquid that can be applied to smooth, rough, concrete surface of shear walls, columns, ceiling slab, etc. It eliminates the surface hacking hence it recommended on smooth surfaces before plastering.

Guidance For Application
SURFACE PREPARATION: 1- Clean the surface to remove any dust and loose particles. 2- Remove any previous applied coating, oil, grease, dirt, or any other foreign particles.
APPLICATION: 1- Apply the material over the cleaned surface with the help of brush. 2- One coat is sufficient for proper bonding. 3- Plaster must be applied after 2 days and within 10 days after the application of Walbond.
Cleaning:
Clean the tools and equipment’s before the material hardens.
Spillages of Drychem Walbond should be absorbed onto sand, earth or vermiculite and transferred to suitable containers. Remains should be hosed down with large quantities of water.
