Drychem Two Component Epoxy Grout is low VOC epoxy tile grout. It is two component system, the resin blended with selected fine fillers and the hardener. It is supplied in pre-weighed quantities, ready for on-site mixing and use. Drychem Two Component Epoxy Grout is stainless, chemical resistance, high performance epoxy grout.

SURFACE PREPARATION
1- Before starting to grout, remove debris in grout joints and dust can be removed by compressed air jetting. Ensure water, oil, dirt and other contamination-free joints.
2- Remove dirt and dust from tile surface by cleaning with sponge. Do not clean the tiles with acids.
3- The prerequisites for good adhesion of the grouts are cleanliness and roughness of surface.
4- Unless these are ensured by proper surface preparation a successful performance cannot be guaranteed.
5- The substrate and application temperature must be between 16°Cand 32°C.
MIXING
1- Mortar is prepared by mixing the base and hardener in the given ratio.
2- Pour the entire contents of base in a clean vessel, then pour entire contents of hardener and mix thoroughly till a lump free uniform paste is obtained.
3- This grout paste is workable within 30-40 minutes @ 23°C
4- Press the grout firmly by using a hard rubber squeeze into the joint ensuring that the joint is completely filled.
APPLICATIONS
1- Use standard epoxy grouting techniques to work the tile grout in the tile joints.
2- Ensure that the entire joint is packed fully with the material. Remove the excess grout material from joints and surface by moving the squeeze diagonally to the grout line.
