GEM - Go Extra Mile
The GEM (Go Extra Mile) program boosts employee morale by encouraging them to display outstanding work results within their respective departments. This program is designed to award employees based on individual performance ratings given by Heads of departments on a quarterly basis.
Graduate Trainee Program
We recruit new graduates for our Graduate Trainee Program that equips them with the necessary knowledge and experience necessary for the future roles of the organization. This team offers steady guidance, training programs, intervention activities and feedback sessions for GTs’ professional growth.

Mentorship Program
A 3-month program offered to all confirmed personnel that involves coaching and guiding from mentors who volunteer in this initiative.
GQT Program
The Graduate Quality Training Program lasts for one year whereby graduates from Chemical or Civil Engineering are recruited for broad theoretical and practical training regarding our White & Gray products manufactured in the market plus exploring new developments within the R&D Team.
